Thousands of workers of Chenab Textile Mill at Kathua today gathered in front of the Factory complex allegedly to protest over the issue of Salary. They also resorted to stone pelting as management had requested them to leave for their homes.
Dr. Shailender Kumar, SSP Kathua had reached the spot and was trying to pacify the workers when the reports last came in. The social distancing norm was also not obeyed during the protest.
